With over 20 years experience in customer service and over 6 years as a licensed real estate agent, Kate has a passion for ensuring the best experience possible for everyone she works with. Kate specializes in buying, selling, new construction, as well as farm and horse properties. Kate's love for horses and experience in owning horses makes her invaluable when selecting the right property for any equestrian or land needs. As an agent her favorite thing to do is working with first time buyers and walking them through every step of the process while providing support, education and extreme attention to detail. Her goal for every client is to have the absolute best home buying or selling experience as possible. 

She has worked in Warren, St Charles, Lincoln, St louis and Washington Counties. Kate was also recognized In St Louis Real Producers Magazine as a Rising Star in the real estate industry.  When she is not focused on her clients and career, she is spending time with her 3 amazing kids and their extra curricular activities and also giving back to her community. Her daughter Savannah is a junior in highschool and captain of her cheer team and shares her mom's love of horseback riding. Her sons Jackson and Camden both play select baseball where Kate loves to watch and cheer them on. She is very active with their school and sports by donating her time and help however she can. Kate's love for her family and friends reflects in her relationships and dedication to all her clients.
